SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UNITED KINGDOM

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Free UK standard shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

EUROPEAN UNION

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days following dispatch.

Orders to European Union countries are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). Import VAT, customs duties and any handling fees charged by the carrier or local authorities are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs procedures or local postal services may occasionally cause delays outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days following dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided whenever available and will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
